This fixture took on a whole new meaning as we found the Cup we used to play for in these matches. It has been described a Wooden egg cup for an Ostrich egg, which is a true description.

It will be played for over the 2 matches during the year, but as luck would have it our Senior's Captain for the day, Marcus Beale, got us off to a great start by winning the first match on Thursday, 1st May 2025, BFGC Seniors 4½ Birstall GC 3½. Thank you to all who took part in the match. The full results are below
