Welcome to Beeston Fields. To get a handicap index, you have to complete 3 rounds of golf at Beeston. Please let the Proshop that you are a new member and playing for your handicap.  You will need to play with another member who can mark the card and the Proshop may be able to get an existing member to play a round with you. Cards to be left in the handicap card box

Once you have a Handicap index, you can play in competitions. Book your competition slot using BRS. Booking normally becomes available two weeks before the competition date

At the time of writing, the entry fee for most competitions is £3.00 You will be notified of exceptions. Please ensure that you competition card is kept topped up.

Before going out to play in the competition, you must sign-in either using the HowDidIDo app or the PSI terminal the clubhouse or proshop. Some competitions can be only signed for at the terminal. You will be notified. The Competition charge is deducted from your card once you sign-in.

Please drop a note to admin@beestonfields.co.uk. and you will be provided with details of availability and cost.

Sample completed card is attached to the Competitions Box, located in the clubhouse. Use that as a guide. Make sure your score is checked by your playing partner and card is signed by you and your marker.

You can top up your card at the bar and you get a discount when you pay for your food and drink using the card. If you win a competition, your winnings are added to the card. Also, the card can be used for access into the building and exit from the car park.

The club has an active social calendar…look out for news of upcoming events on this website and also notices around the club.  Two full size snooker tables are also available to members.
