Below are fixtures for all ladies competitions

18 hole Mixed Stableford with men playing from the white tees and ladies from the red tees.

Playing Handicap (strokes received) = 95% of Course Handicap. 

Sign in online or via the clubhouse terminals before commencing your round for entry to the competition and the optional two's sweep.

ENTER SCORES ONLINE or via the clubhouse terminals (by 7.30pm latest) on completion of your round and then post your completed and signed card in the Comps box.

This week's competions are the Summer Cup 18 hole Stableford and a 9 hole stableford Q competition.

There is an upper handicap limit of 30 for the Cup only. The winner of the cup is the best Stableford score regardless of division with a handicap limit of 30. Other prizes are awarded from 2nd to 5th regardless of division.

This week's competitions are the Lady Captain's Day 18 hole Stableford and a 9 hole stableford Q competition. There is no entry fee to this week's competitions.

The winner of the Lady Captain's Salver is the best 18 hole Stableford score regardless of division. Other prizes are awarded by the Lady Captain.

18 hole Mixed Medal with men playing from the white tees and ladies from the red tees.

 Qualiifier for the Men's Eclectic (best gross and nett scores at each hole over all Thursday and Saturday Medals to October) and the Gosling Cup (best 6 aggregate gross and net rounds over the same events) for which there is no separate entry fee.

The Ladies Club Championship will be played over consecutive days on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2024. The club champion will be the the player with the lowest gross (scratch) score over the 36 holes played. There will also be a net champion for this competition and prizes awarded to best net on the Saturday and best net on the Sunday.

This week's competitions are the rescheduled Spring Meeting 18 hole Medal and a concurrent 9 hole stableford Q competition.

There is an upper handicap limit of 30 for the Cup only. The winner of the cup is the best net Medal score regardless of division with a handicap limit of 30. Other prizes are awarded for best scratch, other divisional winners and divisional runners up. In addition, the best gross score in Bronze receives the Victor Oade Coffee Pot.

18 hole Mixed Stableford with men playing from the white tees and ladies from the red tees.

Last tee time 14:30.

The captain's trophy can only be won by a man.

No handicap limit applies for prizes on the day (subject to having played 3 qualifying comps in the last 12 months), but as the Captain's Cup is an Honours Board event, there will be a maximum of 22 Playing Handicap applied for the cup. The Competition Committee will make any required adjustments for the 22 shot limit.

Divisional prizes (subject to having played 3 qualifying comps in the last 12 months).

This week's competitions are an 18 hole Stableford qualifier and a concurrent 9 hole Stableford qualifier competition.

Ladies who are Grandmothers are also eligible to enter the Grannies Cup. This applies for both the 18 hole and the 9 hole competition. There is a limit of 30 handicap index for the 18 hole Grannies cup only. Prizes in the Grannies Cup are awarded to the winner and runner up. In additional a prize is awarded to the 9 hole winner. These winners are not eligible for the standard Stableford prizes which are awarded to the rest of the field according to the normal prize structure.

The ordinary 18 hole stableford is £2.50 to enter and the Grannies cup is £3.00. For the 9 hole competition, standard entry is £1.50 and Grannies Cup is £2.00. When signing in, select the option to enter the Grannies Cup and write on your scorecard "Grannies Cup" if you wish to enter this competition. Write "Stableford only" on the scorecard if not entering the Grannies Cup.

Upcoming weekend competitions: Saturday 20th June is the Alt day Ping 4BBB and Ladies Weekend Running Competition Stableford

This week's competitions are Ping and Club 4BBB and a 9 hole concurrent stableford competition.

The Ping 4BBB, leading to possible qualification to the National Finals is run in conjunction with a club 4BBB competition. 

The club 4BBB is £2.50 per person (£5 per pair). The Ping 4BBB cost as advised by England Golf is currently an additional £5 per pair. When signing in select the option to enter the Ping 4BBB and write "Ping 4BBB" on the scorecard. If not entering the Ping 4BBB then write "Club 4BBB only" on the scorecard.

Ping 4BBB winners qualify for the National Finals if their score is one of the best 25 in England. The winners also receive a prize from Ping. Prizes are awarded for 1st and 2nd place in the club competition.

Handicap allowance = 85% of course handicap

Ladies who are over 65 are also eligible to enter the Vets Cup. There is a limit of 30 handicap index for the Vets cup only. Prizes in the Vets Cup are awarded to the winner and runner up. In additional a prize is awarded to the best 75+ veteran score. These winners are not eligible for the standard Stableford prizes which are awarded to the rest of the field according to the normal prize structure.

18 hole Mixed Medal with men playing from the white tees and ladies from the red tees.

As an Honours Board trophy, a Playing Handicap Limit of 22 for men and 30 for ladies applies to the trophy winner only.   No handicap limit applies for all divisional prizes (subject to having played 3 qualifying comps in the last 12 months).  Qualifier for Chambers Quaich Order of Merit with points awarded to the top 30 overall.

Upcoming weekend competitions: Saturday 10th August Junior Funds Mixed competition

Our annual fundraiser in support of the development of junior golf at Beeston Fields will be a team Am-Am stableford, with the best two scores to count on each hole.  Men will play off the white tees and ladies off red tees.

Playing Handicap (strokes received) = 85% of Course Handicap, subject to a maximum Course Handicap of 36 for men and 45 for ladies.  Players with higher handicaps may enter but will receive shots based on these limits.

As a team competition this is a Non-Qualifier for handicap purposes.

Upcoming weekend competitions: Saturday 17th August Ladies Weekend running competition Medal

This competition is a 4 ball better ball, with playing members inviting ladies from other clubs to partner them on the day. Cost per pair is £12.00. All entry fees paid out as prizes, dependant on number of entries.

Members only 4 ball better ball competition on the same day is £2.50 per person. Prizes awarded for 1st and 2nd in member only competition.

Handicap allowance: 85% of course handicap

Cards will be processed manually and a prize presentation made as soon as possible after completion of the round.  So please put completed and signed cards in the black comps box or return direct to the Competition Managers, Phil James or Jayne Barrs without delay.

Entry fee of £15 per pair will be charged to the member’s competition account, so please ensure your account is topped up in advance.
