A good Seniors Match v Horsley Lodge at home, which we managed to win by 5 ½  to 2 ½ , overturning our defeat in the away fixture. Sometimes home advantage and local knowledge (or members’ bounces?) do help! Whether hard, dry fairways were an advantage or disadvantage is debatable, but all enjoyed getting a few extra yards of the tee. Excellent 5 & 4 wins by Mike Gilbert / Malc Brown and Stu Thompson / Ray Stevenson, well supported by the rest of the team.
