• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the first tee‑off time. Coffee/tea will be available.

• Players must ensure they declare their correct handicap before the match and calculate shots with opponents.

• Dress Code: On course: white shirt and blue club sweater (Home Team)
  In clubhouse: golf attire acceptable if not wet/muddy

• After‑Match Meal:

  One‑course meal served after the match
  Cost: £18.00 (includes pre‑match tea/coffee)
  Payable by card directly to the club
  Please bring £1 cash for staff tip
  Dietary Requirements: Inform John Swan in advance.
