Information relating to the Ladies Section at Beeston Fields Golf Club

Welcome to the Ladies Section

The Ladies section is a friendly and sociable section within Beeston Fields Golf Club with competitions, matches and social events being organised by the Ladies committee.

Ladies day is traditionally a Tuesday, although there is always a competition option available on a Saturday for ladies who can't play on a Tuesday. During the summer playing season most competitions are qualifiers, with a mixture of honours board and other competitions. In the winter playing season we run a mixture of individual and team fun competitions. We also run a less formal 9 hole competition every Friday. In addition, Ladies can choose to participate in the mixed competitions that are run by the main comps committee.

In 2026, Beeston Fields Ladies are participating in both the Notts silver and bronze leagues. We also participate in the Ladies & Mixed County foursomes knockout competitions and run a number of friendly ladies and mixed team competition with other clubs in Notts and the surrounding area. In addition we enter the Taskers competitions each year. So there are lots of opportunities for competitive golf.
